All stocked, pre-assembled sprayers can take part in the Flat Rate Shipping Program. Please see our flat rate shipping zone maps below to identify your shipping zone.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING EXCLUSIONS
Custom built sprayers or any modifications made to a stocked sprayer are excluded from the flat rate shipping program unless otherwise confirmed by a SYSTEMS Environmental Products representative.

SAME DAY SHIPPING
All orders placed by 2:00 PM ET on stocked items are processed the same day. This excludes sprayers, non-stocked items and LTL freight.
Merchandise does not leave SYSTEMS Environmental Products damaged. Additionally, all sprayers are thoroughly tested and crated before shipping. Please inspect all deliveries and make note of any damaged packaging before accepting any shipment from the courier. If a package does not arrive in good condition, document the damage with a photo and contact SYSTEMS Environmental Products immediately. It is imperative that you keep the original box/crate along with any packing material as failure to do so may result in an unfavourable damage claim from the courier.

All products sold by SYSTEMS Environmental Products are subject to the warranty of the manufacturer. In the event that a warranty claim needs to be made, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-800-367-4015. A Customer Service Representative will process the claim and advise of the next steps. Depending on the product and problem, monetary refunds are not always available through the warranty process. If the product is found to be defective, the product will be replaced/repaired at no cost to the customer.
