The DEICE-300 is SYSTEMS Environmental Products battled tested and polished de-icing sprayer for snow contractors. From tank to tip, it uses only the highest quality components from HONDA, BANJO, COXREELS & MICRO-TRAK to ensure downtime is limited. This profit pumping sprayer is designed to spray salt brine, beet extract and other eco-friendly solutions up to a maximum of 80 gallons per acre simultaneously through the stainless-steel nozzles on the 3-lane boom.
TANK DESIGN
A 300-gallon space saver tank allows users to make the most of their truck pick up bed space. This design gives you the space to carry the other tools that keep your business up and running like salt, spreaders, shovels and more.
3-LANE BOOM WITH STAINLESS STEEL NOZZLES
The powder coated 3-lane boom attaches to the hitch on your service vehicle and provides a 40-foot swath to take on even the largest jobs. Stainless steel roadside pre- and post-treatment nozzles provide a broadcasting pattern to ensure uniform ground coverage.
GPS RATE CONTROL
Gone are the days of wasting material through over application and site revisits due to under application. Our ASTRO electronic GPS speed sensors monitor and adjust flow to the 3-lane boom ensuring your de-icing application is exactly how you need it.
MAGNETIC FLOW METER
Our magnetic flow meter has no internal parts which has proven to be more durable and hold calibration longer no matter what product you choose to apply. Accurate flow readings will eliminate chemical waste and provide better de-icing results.
IN-CAB CONTROLLER
Control the application rate and nozzle operations from the comfort of the cab. The in-cab controller can be programed for pre- and post-treatment applications, emergency stops and alarm messages for vehicle speed and tank lever monitoring.
SELF-LOADING ON-BOARD PUMP
Capable of self-filling, the 150 GPM centrifugal pump will supply every nozzle on the 2-lane boom at the same time up to a maximum of 80 gallons per acre.
HONDA GX200 WITH ELECTRIC START
Each model is equipped with a genuine HONDA GX200 engine with electric start. HONDA engines require little maintenance and are the best small engines on the market.
GEAR DRIVEN REEL
Our gear driven reel is built to perform in the coldest and chemically hard environments. A gear driven reel is one that require less maintenance (no tightening or greasing chains) and spins truer. The reel is laded with 200 feet of non-kinking low temperature hose for treating walkways and other tight spaces that the boom cannot reach.
