Product Description: Yard Mastery Flagship (Canadian Blend) contains both immediate and slow-release nitrogen. It is a winning combination because you get some green now and even more later without kicking the lawn in the face too hard. This is Yard Mastery's best-selling fertilizer for a good reason - it works! Thrower down, and you will see results within 6-7 days and lasting up to 45 days.

Included in the blend is 2.5% of Biochar.

Biochar is an excellent soil amending carbon source made from agricultural and forestry biomass. Produced under oxygen limiting conditions at temperatures between 350-700 degrees Celsius, this blend of Biochar contains 70%-80% of carbon contents which is stable for hundreds of thousands of years. When incorporated into the soil, Biochar and the products it is combined with, reduce soil compaction and provide habitat for soil microbes. The high cation exchange capacity (CEC) improves nutrient availability to plants and aids in water retention.
Application Information: Flagship is meant to be the primary growth-stimulant fertilizer in our custom line, so you want to use it when your turf is in growth mode and can be used on the following cool season grasses: Kentucky Bluegrass, Turf Type Tall Fescue (all fescues) and Ryegrass.

Application Details:
Apply at 3 lbs per 1,000 square feet of lawn area. Sweep excess off sidewalks and driveways to avoid staining and apply every 30-45 days.

Water-In Instructions:
Apply to a dry lawn and water into turf within the first 48 hours with 1/4" of rainfall or irrigation.
